摘要(Abstract)：

当今全球环境治理已经成为较为成熟的研究领域。从最初的环境问题进入国际关系理论研究,发展至环境问题进入全球治理研究,随后全球环境治理概念问世并迅速发展,研究内容从最初的国际制度、非国家行为体的作用等,不断扩展与深入,至今展现出多角度多层次的特点,既迎合了当下国际形势发展的需要,也能够为未来的全球层面上的环境治理工作提供前瞻与指导。
