建筑施工阶段环境影响评价

摘要(Abstract)：
建筑施工过程消耗大量的资源、能源,对环境产生诸多严重影响。为了有效地控制施工阶段环境影响,指导清洁施工,实现建筑全生命周期的绿色化,本文基于建筑施工过程工序流程的特点,建立了其环境影响评价方法,并进行了案例测算,得到以支付意愿表示的环境影响指标值。
