烷基酚及其聚氧乙烯醚的测定

摘要(Abstract)：
本文介绍了同位素标记或多克隆抗体酶联免疫法适于测定生物体中微量APE及其降解产物,固定酶酶联免疫检测法(ELISA)可检测出10 ng/mL的壬基酚和相关化合物。
