摘要(Abstract)：

当前全球落实2030年可持续发展议程进入关键行动期和攻坚期。2030年可持续发展议程以经济、社会和环境三大维度为支柱,其中环境目标占比多且权重大,没有环境目标的落实就没有2030年可持续发展议程的总体落实。环境智库是全球环境治理和落实2030年可持续发展议程过程中最活跃、最积极的主体之一。当前,关于从环境智库服务方面落实2030年可持续发展议程的角色、影响和深化路径的研究较少且呈碎片化特征。为此,本文对推进2030年可持续发展议程环境目标与环境智库建设的关联性、协同性和影响路径进行分析,以期促进环境智库服务于2030年可持续发展议程的总体落实。
