摘要(Abstract)：

《欧盟绿色新政》被视为欧盟绿色转型的总体政策框架,其中提出了多项与贸易相关的环境政策,既包括与贸易环节直接相关的进口标准、经济手段、信息手段,也包括将会对国际环境与贸易规则产生影响的政策。欧盟与贸易相关的环境政策具有管控环节多、涉及行业和产品广、不断加严及拥有全球影响力的特点,可为我国更好地推动绿色转型工作提供重要启示。
