摘要(Abstract)：
随着国际间海洋环境监测交流合作的逐渐增加,需要我们增强对国际海洋环境监测现状和发展的认知。文章对中美两国在海洋环境监测管理、海洋环境质量评价方法与评价标准等方面进行了比较研究,提出了完善中国海洋环境监测评价的意见和建议。
