美国臭氧变化趋势气象影响修正技术方法及启示Technical method of meteorological adjustment of ozone trends in USA and its inspiration

摘要(Abstract):
分析气象条件对臭氧浓度变化的影响是客观评估臭氧污染管控效果的重要前提。美国基于臭氧浓度和气象参数观测数据,采用统计模型开展臭氧变化趋势气象影响修正,并将其应用于客观评估NO_x SIP Call等减排计划的实施效果。本文系统梳理了美国臭氧变化趋势气象影响修正的技术方法和主要应用,同时结合其经验做法和我国实际情况,提出完善我国臭氧气象影响评估技术体系和管理应用的相关建议。
